August 12, 2019, New Orleans, LA – Louisiana Appleseed announces a new website and logo. The original logo was shared across many centers internationally, but in recent years centers have developed new logos to represent their respective states.

"It was time to update Louisiana Appleseed's look to something a bit more modern," said Executive Director Adrienne Wheeler.

Along with a new logo, the Center revised their website to showcase the breadth of work it has accomplished over the past 10 years. The site now has easy links to each of its three programs: Access to Justice, Opportunity, and Education. Publications and results from projects are showcased there. The site also allows visitors to search through all publications regardless of program category.

"I'm particularly excited about our network map. It is one thing to explain to the public that we have a wide-ranging network of volunteers and partners. It is a whole different experience to see how this network has worked together these past 10 years," said Wheeler.

Visitors can see the pro bono network in action by visiting www.LouisianaAppleseed.org and clicking on the "Partners" menu item and then the "Explore Our Network" button. Users can also see archives of past Good Apple Galas and news relevant to their program focus areas.

Louisiana Appleseed is a statewide nonprofit based in New Orleans, Louisiana that focuses on policy-level solutions by recruiting attorneys to provide free services through a research-oriented approach to policy change.
