Why is an event and password required?

Our will-writing application requires password access based on event creation to prevent attorneys and firms from using it in their private practice.

If you are utilizing Civil Legal Aid organizations (or any who have access in perpetuity to the program,) they will have a separate access code. Ensure that it is what codes attorneys are supposed to use to reduce confusion and easily track document creation by organization.

What kind of information?
If you are utilizing pro-bono attorneys or those who may be unfamiliar with the program, it would be useful to coordinate a good time for them to have access to the program prior to the event. In the past, Appleseed has just asked those new to these events to come earlier but that only works some of the time. It’s best to communicate a time where attorneys can familiarize themselves with the program in the week leading up to the event.
